AkivaTech Questionnaire

The AkivaTech Questionnaire is one way to get started with AkivaTech.

This questionnaire has been developed over 6 years. In fact, we are on the 4th version. We found ourselves asking new clients the same questions over and over. And we knew that many of those questions weren't answered well "right now!" They were best thought about and stewed over a bit.

So we designed the first questionnaire with the thought in mind that potential clients could download the questionnaire, complete it on their time schedule, then discuss the answers. The result is well thought out answers and the added effect of saving the customer a billable hour or two.

Over the years we've refined the quesions and focused it more. We ask that you download it, print it, set it somewhere you'll see it often and over the period of a couple days or so, complete it. You'll end up changing an answer or two as you think about things. Then fax it to us (The fax number is on the questionnaire) and we'll set an appointment to discuss your answers, and the best way to approach your goals.

One question we alway get answered here: "Why can't I just fill this out on-line?"

We've found that 'snap' answers to the quesions, whether in a phone conversation or filling in a form leads to things that get changed more often later. Taking time to complete it, allows you time to answer, reconsider your thoughts and have a more complete end result.
